Finance Director

The Director of Finance will be BBF’s strategic financial manager, overseeing all financial functions, including planning, budgeting, auditing, and investment management. This role partners closely with BBNC’s Finance Department (under a Master Service Agreement) for day-to-day accounting support and collaborates with BBF’s leadership team and the BBNC Legal and Shareholder Development Departments to ensure financial compliance and support programmatic success. The Director of Finance will also play a critical role in managing federal grants, ensuring compliance with complex grant requirements, and maximizing funding opportunities.  

Development and Events Assistant

The Development & Events Assistant is an entry-level professional who supports fundraising and event efforts for the Bristol Bay Foundation (BBF). This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the BBF Development Plan, tracking funds for events like the annual Neqa in Bristol Bay and other donor cultivation activities, and maintaining the donor database. The Development & Events Assistant works closely with leadership to ensure accurate data management and effective donor stewardship. This full-time position reports to the Deputy Director. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submissions are encouraged.
